Overview of the function: A Deputy Manager – Business Development is in charge of analysing and improving the sales based on our company’s strategies. In this role, you will reach out to school and will be responsible for leading a team of interns. You will have full control of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Leading and managing a team of interns.
• Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
• Working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Prospecting potential customers via phone, email or physical meetings.
• Making cold calls with Principal and decision makers in the institutions & present Numero Uno products& services.
• Map and create a database of target customers, basis understanding of product &service.
• Providing sound advice to potential and existing customers
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Analyze the trends in the market and the company’s strategies to identifyopportunities to cash-in.
• Report relevant findings from the strategies implemented and get them approvedby the company’s senior management.
• Support the creation and presentation of new ideas to and add value to ourproducts to increase sales and company revenue.
• Analyze consumer behavior and anticipate market trends to develop solutions toconsumer problems and needs.
• Perform and present competitor analysis to identify areas where our company can surpass the industry’s competitors and forge ahead to gain increased marketshare.
• Analyze sales and trends to promote ideas for sustained revenue growth.
• Identify and evaluate new customers to increase the company’s sales target andmarketing campaign audience.
• Work to improve the customer feedback channels and communication to ensure aconstant flow of reviews from them.
• Create reports for sales and marketing teams.

Preferred Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in clearly communicating the strategy,either verbally or in written form.
• Well groomed, pleasant individual having strong communication skills in English
• Willing to travel extensively in the assigned territory to generate business
• Should be self-motivated go-getter and willing to learn the tricks of the trade.
• Candidates already dealing with selling products & services as part of their Business Development activities currently
• Willingness to work long hours and meeting project deadlines.
• Good negotiation and persuasion skills
• Leadership and managerial skills are a must.

Overview of the function: A Business Development Executive is in charge of analysing and improving the sales based on our company’s strategies. In this role, you will reach out to potential customers in the Education sector, such as education institutions, training centres, etc and also be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives. You will have full control of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
• Leading and managing a team of Sales Executives.
• Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
• Working with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Providing sound advice to potential and existing customers
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Gathering feedback and translating them back to the team.

Preferred Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3years experience within a Business Development (B2B) or Sales/ Key Account Manage­ ment role, ideally within the EdTech industry.
• You have prior experience in dealing with Key Accounts.
• You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
• You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder, with good and tactful negotiation skills.
• You are passionate about education.
• You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
